Overview
Our return and refund policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Any item that lost due to incorrect address designated by customer
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days
Late or Missing Refund
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Then, reach out to your bank, as there may be processing delays before the refund appears.

Exchange
We only offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at service@crazeitcase.com.
Shipping Return
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages
Cancellation
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we may able to grant cancellation before the order has been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel your purchase. Please contact us within hours of your purchase for cancellation.
