Return and Refund Policy

We prioritize your satisfaction and want to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return and refund policy on all Craze-it-case products. If you're not fully satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to start the return process.

Return and Refund

Return Window
Our return and refund policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping
Once your return is approved, we will provide the return shipping address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. All orders are shipped from China via reliable international carriers, and delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item and inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Any item that lost due to incorrect address designated by customer

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Late or Missing Refund
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Then, reach out to your bank, as there may be processing delays before the refund appears.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at service@crazeitcase.com.

Exchange
We only offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at service@crazeitcase.com.

Cancellation
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we may able to grant cancellation before the order has been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel your purchase. Please contact us within hours of your purchase for cancellation.
