We offer standard shipping to all customers. Orders will be shipped via reliable courier services and are trackable.
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Time
For orders shipped to the United States, the estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days.
For orders shipped to the rest of the world, the estimated delivery time is 7-21 business days.
The actual delivery times are not guaranteed.

Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
We cannot be held responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender.
The customer is responsible for the cost of replacing the items.
Return shipping fees are not our responsibility. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Change of Address
We cannot change the delivery address once your order is in transit. If you need to update the delivery location, please contact us within hours of placing your order at service@crazeitcase.com.
